  • 4 medium medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with other cooking oils.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Feel free to add more for extra flavor.

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish Adds a nice color and flavor if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, slice potatoes evenly and do not overcrowd the air fryer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Experiment with seasonings like onion powder or cayenne pepper for variation.
