For the Garlic Knot Dough

  • 1 pound pizza dough Store-bought works well.

For the Garlic Butter Topping

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter Adds richness and helps achieve golden color.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Infuses the knots with garlic flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps the garlic mixture stick.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances the flavors.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle to elevate flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Adds freshness and color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  • Tie each strip into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
  • Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.

Baking

  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the knots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly, then enjoy warm.

Notes
