Ingredients
  

For the Burger Sauce

  • 1/4 cup ketchup For mixing with mayo and mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayo For mixing with ketchup and mustard
  • 1/8 cup mustard For mixing with ketchup and mayo
  • 2 TBSP sweet relish For mixing into the burger sauce

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef Form into 4 equal patties
  • 8 slices bacon Cook until crispy
  • salt To taste
  • pepper To taste
  • garlic powder To taste
  • sliced onions Grill alongside fries
  • 4 XL burrito size tortillas To wrap the ingredients
  • crinkle cut fries To be cooked on the griddle
  • 4 slices American cheese To melt on the burger patties
  • shredded lettuce For topping the wrap
  • pickles For topping the wrap

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Make the burger sauce by mixing the ketchup, mayo, mustard, and sweet relish. Set it aside.
  • Shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties.

Cooking

  • Heat a griddle over medium-high heat and add the bacon. Cook until it’s crispy, then remove it from the griddle.
  • Use the bacon grease on the griddle to cook the crinkle cut fries and sliced onions until crispy.
  • Place the burger patties on the griddle, seasoning them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread yellow mustard on top of the patties.
  • Smash the patties with a burger smasher using parchment paper until a nice crust forms. Flip to finish cooking, then add American cheese on each one.

Assembly

  • Take an XL burrito size tortilla and lay it out. Spread some burger sauce on it, then add a burger patty, grilled onions, bacon, fries, more sauce, and shredded lettuce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla up and place the Crunchwrap seam side down on the griddle. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.

Notes

Serve the Smash Burger Crunch Wraps while hot. You can cut them in half for easier eating. Pair them with extra fries or a side salad for a complete meal.
